At Tech Data,we want to make cloud things easy for all our partners (and future partners) to help take their business to new heights. Through an IDC study we stumbled upon, we thought about all the struggles our MSPs go through on a daily basis and the different ways we can help. This study inspired us to further our research through crowd sourcing at a popular channel event, IT Nation Connect.
At IT Nation Connect, we asked “What problems would your business like to solve?”. Our team organized the information from the IDC report and created eight problems unique to MSPs. We then gave our partners two sticky notes to mark their 1st and 2nd top priorities when it comes to solving these issues.
The results showed us that the most popular 1st priority was to “Attract Customers and Build Pipeline.” While the most popular 2nd priority was “Access Personalized Guidance and Expertise When You Need It Most.” Here’s a deeper look at the results:
