• Create and present sales and technical content via Microsoft Teams webinars for the combined customer-base
• Execute QBRs with our top 20 regional enterprise customers who transact more than $350k per year, to keep track of their business and manage the health of the relationship, in turn creating a better partnership and channel communication
• Proactively collaborate with accounts to manage pipeline in the Dynamics CRM system, creating better forecasting for closed opportunities and filtering for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
