During my IT career, I have worked in many different positions on different sides of the table. I have been a customer, a manufacturer's representative, a reseller and now, a distributor. I have worked in technical pre-sales and post-sales, outside and inside sales, sales support, customer service, partner/alliance/supplier relationship management. I have created roles, formalized existing programs and grew/improved defined solutions.

I believe I was able to be successful in all those endeavors because I am motivated and most happy when I can find and execute a win/win solution for the company I represent and the customer with whom I'm working.

It makes me feel good to help others succeed and enjoy what they are doing.
