What is the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory?

The TD SYNNEX Partner Directory is a new microplatform developed to help TD SYNNEX partners network with other partner organizations. Using the directory, a partner can search for other companies based on a host of categories including geographic location, vendor specialization, Diversity Alliance Certifications, or technology focus, and connect with them. This platform focuses on making connections between organizations, not individuals, so the profile will be focused on your company and how you present yourselves in market.   

 

The core mission of the Directory is to facilitate meaningful connections between TD SYNNEX partners. By leveraging the power of collaboration through connecting with other organizations, partners create their own network within the trusted group of TD SYNNEX partners. 

Who can participate in the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory?

The Partner Directory is being rolled out to our reseller partners in phases. Currently, the platform is open to all CommunitySolv members and attendees of NexusDX 2023 (starting 8/14/2023) only. 

As the Partner Directory is expanded to allow access to more partners, CommunitySolv members will retain access to certain exclusive features. 

Why is this not available to all partners?

Since the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory is a new platform, we are rolling it out to partners in stages to ensure that we are capturing partner needs and making sure that the platform is working to meet those needs. We are developing and learning as we go, so we can be sure to grow in scope strategically and responsibly.

How does my company join CommunitySolv?

How much does the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory cost?

The Partner Directory is free for all participating members. It is not available to vendor partners or TD SYNNEX co-workers. Some features within the Directory are exclusive to CommunitySolv members as well. 

How can I identify Communitysolv members and NexusDX 2023 attendees in the Partner Directory?

CommunitySolv members and NexusDX 2023 attendees have unique identifying badges highlighting them. These are visible in the Search & Browse as well as the company profile page.

I completed my partner directory registration and profile. What now?

Now the fun begins! Once you have built your company’s profile, the next step is to start connecting. Use the Search & Browse feature to explore other organizations by robust search criteria. If you’re interested in connecting, use one of the “Make a Connection” options to ask a question, introduce your organization, or simply send a message.  

You can also add a company to your Network by clicking the “star” on the right of their name on the Search & Browse, or under their logo on their Profile Page. 

How is this platform different from other business networking sites?

The TD SYNNEX Partner Directory is different from other sites in a few ways. This directory is exclusive to TD SYNNEX partners, so you know that all the organizations listed are active in the channel. 

Additionally, this platform focuses on your company and how it can collaborate with other businesses, rather than individual or personal connections. This keeps the focus on your business and its growth and how to connect on a global scale. 

How do I search for another company on the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory?

You can access Search & Browse from any page while logged in from the top navigation bar. You can search by keyword or company name in the Search bar or use the filters on the left side of the page to refine based on custom search criteria. 

How do I connect with other companies?

While on a company’s profile page, you can use one of three “Make a Connection” options: Introduce Your Organization, Ask a Question, or simply Send a Message. You can also refer members of the Partner Directory to each other with an integrated tool on company’s profile pages. 

Messages will be delivered to the recipient company admin’s email address, and will come from noreply@ecosystem.tdsynnex.com, so please be sure to add this email to your safe list!

Can I refer a colleague in my organization to join?

Currently, each company is limited to a single login and admin point of contact in the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory. If you need to change this person, please contact us at partnerdirectory@tdsynnex.com. 

How do I show up in other companies searches on the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory?

You can view your public profile from your Dashboard. Just click the “View My Public Profile” link under the logo image.

How do I edit my profile on the TD SYNNEX Company Directory?

Admin users for a company can make edits to their profile by clicking the company icon in the upper right of the page while logged in. From there, you may update the General Info for the company directly or click the “Profile Builder” button on the left menu to edit additional profile information. 

How will I be notified if someone is trying to connect with me or if someone responded to my message?

When someone messages your company’s page through the Partner Directory, the system will forward the message to the admin email for the page. The email will come from: noreply@ecosystem.tdsynnex.com. You will respond to the partner’s email address directly and continue the conversation via email.  

The partner who messages you will not see your email address or contact information until you respond to them. 

Who can see my profile?

All partners who have registered for the TD SYNNEX Partner Directory and completed a profile will be able to search for and view your profile unless you have hidden it. 

 

If you would like to hide your profile temporarily, you may do so in “Company Settings,” which can be accessed by clicking your company’s profile icon in the upper right of the page while logged in.

How can I hide or delete my profile from the directory?

If you would like to hide your profile temporarily, you may do so in “Company Settings,” which can be accessed by clicking your company’s profile icon in the upper right of the page while logged in.
