Who We Are

Elevate is TD SYNNEX’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Business Resource Group (BRG) dedicated to empowering women to thrive in their careers. Although the E3 Initiative was created with the intention of helping women at TD SYNNEX to achieve their goals, Elevate encourages co-workers of all genders across the Americas to participate and support this initiative.

Elevate recognizes that the recruitment, retention, and advancement of co-workers from diverse backgrounds into leadership positions at TD SYNNEX is key to our continued success as an industry leader and our ability to deliver value to our partner ecosystem.

The goal of Elevate is to promote an inclusive and equitable environment for TD SYNNEX co-workers through meaningful community interactions. E3 members are now eligible to create their own personalized network of co-workers and coaches who can provide guidance on professional and personal development needs through TD SYNNEX Coaches.

The E3 Initiative

The E3 Initiative invites all co-workers to act by Engaging, Encouraging, and Elevating each other by devoting a little over 30 minutes a month. This program takes networking and supporting fellow co-workers to a whole new level while promoting an inclusive culture that values peer networking, relationship building, and ongoing career development at TD SYNNEX.

 

Engage

Spend 30 minutes a month connecting and meeting with co-workers on a variety of topics. As an E3 Co-Worker you can meet with a network of leaders who can help you identify learning opportunities or volunteer as an E3 Advocacy Coach to dedicate a portion of your time by sharing your skills and knowledge with the E3 Community.

Encourage

Spend 5 minutes a month celebrating a co-worker on a recent win, success, customer service, or going above and beyond with Celebrate.

Elevate

Spend 1 minute a week elevating a co-worker in conversations amongst your peers, leadership, or executive teams on a recent win or success.

Our E3 Community

Any co-worker can become an E3 member today by participating in E3 by Elevate through the TD SYNNEX Coaches platform. Once you have completed registering as an E3 Co-Worker, you can begin connecting with other members of the community instantly.
