Welcome, all new coaches. If you have an interest in coaching peers and sharing your skills and experiences, you are in the right place!

Do you think you have what it takes to be a good coach? What are the qualities that make for an effective coach? Do you have previous coaching experience as a subject matter expert in your industry or field that you want to share with others to help them along in their own journeys to success? Or would you like to play a more active role in stewarding TD SYNNEX's culture of servant leadership?

The E3 Advocacy Coach Commitment

In order to join as an E3 Advocacy Coach, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:

1. Read and agree to adhere to our E3 honor system.
2. Be prepared and willing to connect with anyone that reaches out to you, including partners.
3. Be accessible by putting in the required time and respond promptly by checking your email often.
4. Be present and show up to your engagements.
5. Keep communication open and share relevant content.

We also strongly encourage all aspiring coaches to complete the provided training in our Learning & Training Resources section. These are not required however they are highly recommended to help you to grow and improve upon your strengths as an E3 Advocacy Coach.

Once you have read and understood our E3 Advocacy Coach Commitment, please proceed with registering for your new Coaches account and thoroughly complete your coach profile.
